Osflo is composted chicken litter, Fertmark registered and blended for your maize paddocks or your pasture. It supplies nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sulphur and trace elements, and it adds organic matter in the same pass.
We deliver it in bulk across the Waikato, by the truckload. If your contractor already spreads chicken litter for you, they can spread Osflo.
Waikato bulk supply at a glance
Every load of Osflo starts from the same base.
Because the base is consistent, we can blend on top of it. That’s how you get a product matched to your paddocks, not just a load of litter.

Nitrogen that keeps working
Osflo supplies nitrogen in two forms. Some is ready straight away, for an early lift in growth. The rest is held in the organic matter and released gradually as soil microbes break it down, so your crop or pasture keeps getting fed as it grows. Warm, moist, biologically active soil releases it faster.
The organic matter does more than carry nutrient. It helps soil hold water through dry spells, feeds earthworms and soil microbes, and builds structure over time.
Osflo and conventional, working together. Osflo is the base of the programme, not the whole of it. Where your soil results show a gap, we blend in what closes it: superphosphate for Olsen P, extra potash where potassium is short, sulphur on lighter soils, lime where pH needs lifting. You keep what’s working, add what the soil is short of, and put it on in a single application.
Maize takes more out of the ground than anything else on the farm. Osflo puts it back: the nutrient your crop needs this season, and the organic matter your paddock needs for the next one.
Why maize growers choose Osflo
Choose your blend
One truckload (30–35 t) covers roughly 3–5 hectares of maize. Order ahead of spring planting so it’s on before the ground is worked.
Osflo feeds your pasture and your soil in the same pass, blended with conventional products where your soil results show a gap.
Why pasture farmers choose Osflo
Dairy. 2 t/ha covers maintenance potassium on most milking platforms and most of your phosphate. Silage paddocks get an extra tonne after each cut.
Drystock. 2 t/ha in early spring gets grass in front of stock, and another tonne in late autumn carries growth into winter. On spreadable hill country, Osflo and lime can go on together.
New pasture. Regrassing in autumn, including ex-maize paddocks? Osflo goes on before sowing, so new grass establishes into soil with organic matter and nutrient already in place.

One truckload covers roughly 15–17 hectares at 2 t/ha.
Around 30–35 tonnes. That’s roughly 3 to 5 hectares of maize, or 15 to 17 hectares of pasture at 2 t/ha.
